General conditions
 
1.1.
The conditions 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 и 1.6 of the Program FIA.01 are relevant for this specialty too.

The Program FIA.02.013 gives the opportunity to acquire vocational competences in management of а point of sale.

Vocational competencies
 
Those who have obtained the I-st degree of VQ (1-st semester) have the same training level as those with I-st degree of VQ in Management specialty They can be executives in the company trade divisions.
Those who have obtained the II-nd degree of VQ (1-st and 2-nd semester) have the same level of training as those with II-nd degree of PQ in Management specialty They can work as assistant-executives in marketing departments, including company trade divisions.
The students who have obtained the III-rd degree of VQ (I-st, 2-nd and 3-rd semester) are able to project and organize a production, innovation and marketing process. They can work out budgets of business activity, including budgets of advertising. They can discount cash flows, make computer business calculations and know English at a level that enables them to communicate in commercial organizations They can project, organize and work in whole sale or retail trade companies. They are able to work as specialists in commercial organizations and trade representations under changing business conditions as well as to take responsibility for the performance of other employees.
Those who have obtained the IV-th degree of VQ (1-st, 2-nd, 3-rd and 4-th semester) have the knowledge and skills to work out business plans in accordance with European standards and to calculate precisely the return on investments. They are able to determine whether it is possible to start up a business with given assets and under certain conditions. They know how to make a certain business, and in particular the trade business, survive and prosper. These students also have a narrow qualification and can organize and manage wholesale and retail trade organizations They can work as managers of commercial organizations, managers of marketing departments or start up a business of their own, in other words to work in changing business conditions, take responsibility for the performance of others and allocate funds for investments.
The graduated students (1-st, 2-nd, 3-rd, 4-th and 5-th semester) obtain basic vocational knowledge in logistics, security of the company, public relations, as well as и thorough specific knowledge in marketing research, advertising and sales promotion, trade agency, wholesale and retail trade.
They are able to work out business plans and budgets of a starting trade business assessing the risks and the return of investments and on this basis to make investment decisions to start new businesses.
They could become managers of points of sale and small trade enterprises as well as start own business, i.e. to become entrepreneurs.
